Each segment will focus on key areas of the body that have changed during pregnancy. In the first 10 minute workout, you will use 2 fluid filled bottles or light hand weights for resistance to tone and tighten the arms and back. Grab a chair for the second workout and get ready to regain the strength in your lower body. In the final segment you will use floor techniques to build up the muscles in the abdomen and lower back regions!
As with all of our QuickFix™ Series you can do one, two or all three of the workouts and time is never a problem!
