Buns and Abs of Steel Post-Pregnancy Workout
Four 10-minute segments have been specially designed to fit hectic daily schedules. The first program is gentle enough to be used as soon as you feel ready. It warms you up for the abs, buns and leg segments that follow. Each has its own cooldown so you can do what you have time for.
Fitness expert Madeleine Lewis has starred in and choreographed more than 25 exercise videos. She is certified by ACE and AFAA. These programs follow the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
